PEEKABOOOOO

Today is tiring! Mommy put me with Pookie as usual, but Pookie was no fun, and kept squeaking at me. Mommy scolded me for bugging her...whats bugging? I am not a bug, and I dont have any bugs!!!!

Pookie says HELLO!

Mommy says that Pookie is becoming a good girl because she doesnt not bite as much anymore. Thats good! But shes still too small to get to run around on the bed like I do. Mommy allows me to run around by myself now, but I am clumsy and sometimes I fall down...but its okay because I know mommy will pick me up immediately and put me back on the bed!

Vodka is too busy to care....

Mommy showed me a picture of Vodka today! Hes such a big hammy now! But Auntie TS says that he and Peanut are smelly hammies...not like me and pookie! we are clean hammies, because mommy washes our cages every week and cleans out our bedding every few days! A hammy in a clean home is a very happy hammy!!!

Tinky's Law: Once you see food, DON'T LET IT GO!!!!!

Hello everybody! Its been a while since I blogged because it was the weekend! Mmm..It was very hot for the past few days, so our fur is growing darker. But Mommy says its okay, I'm still the cutest hammy around! Yesterday there was lightning and thunder too!! It was loud, and mommy woke up to check on me and Pookie, but we were both too busy playing to notice anything!!! Mommy let the both of us climb around in her bed, and as usual, there were many fun things she left there for us....

Mommy also says that shes really proud of Pookie, because shes pretty much toilet trained now! I'm toilet trained too!! Mommy, are you proud of me?

Mommy why are you crushing my head!

Mommy came back really late yesterday, but she said she had to help a doggy, so I forgive her. I remember meeting a doggy before, he was quite nice, but he licked me on the head and I got all wet.

I have recently moved back into my green cage. My other cage is now for Pookie to stay in, so now our cages are equally big. We both have a big wheel but I have an extra area on top of mu cage for me to eat, while pookie gets a little slide and a small house instead. Maybe mommy will be able to take photos of our cages another day.

Pookie was grumpy yesterday, she kept biting mommy. Mommy had to keep bapping her on the head. Pookie! dont bite mommy! Mommy is not food!!!!

Pookie Visits

Pookie is my next door neighbour, and she is a very pretty hammy. We see each other all the time, but we cannot play together. So every night when mommy comes home, she will bring Pookie over to visit me. Sometimes, Pookie will try to steal food from me, so mommy scolded her. In this picture, Mommy also fed us my favourite strawberry yoghurt chips. yay!

Next time, i must ask mommy how to use her laptop, then I will be able to blog from home instead of asking mommy to blog for me. But at night, I am too busy playing on mommy's bed! Shall take photos next time for everyone to see!!!!

New friend!

I guess that everyone has met Pookie. Pookie is still a little shy, so I'll ask her to blog next time.

Having Pookie around as a neighbour is quite fun, but at the same time I'm scared that Mommy will not love me anymore. But mommy promises that she will love me mostest no matter what. I want mommy to love me and to play with me, and I miss her alot when she is at work. I cannot watch her work, and I cannot play at her desk. BUT there is still fun things I can do with mommy at home, like run in my exercise ball and run around Mommy's bed!

MEET POOKIE!

I hate it when this happens. I hate it when my plans go all haywire. Its so stressful on me. I don’t want to say too much, its too tiring, but Tinky is actually a guy (stupid pet shop guy) and now I got him a girlfriend, called Pookie. But anyway, due to emotional reasons that I cannot really put down in words, I will still continue to treat Tinky like a female. Not like it makes a difference to him/her, not like I put Tinky in a pink lacy tutu and make her learn ballet. Not like Tinky really understands what I am talking about. I just want to love Tinky like I have always done.

After a gazillion thoughts and deliberations, I think I will still keep Tinky and Pookie (I call her Pooks for short heh) at home…and when Pookie has kids, I will keep a pair and keep them in office. I don’t really want to put the hammies thru the torture of having to move around from place to place all the time, so I would rather give up my time to look at them in office (since for them, they are usually sleeping in the day) and spend a bit more effort to play with them at night. Besides, this is all temporary since I AM going to get married so I will sooner or later have to move in with my hubby and when I do, I will have much more time to play with them in the evenings instead of having to reach home at like 10+ every night.

Therefore, Tinky will continue blogging, but I dont know how exactly I'll do it yet. I'll need to muddle along a bit..... If i accidentally call him Princess, well...i dont think it matters, cos whats most impt is that Tinky is given 100% of the love.

I just want to love Pookie, and love Tinky even more. =(

Auntie TS wants me to blog! But I'm a hammy, I run around in my cage and look cute all day. There isnt always that much to write. Auntie TS, why don't you buy me some toys? then I will be able to find more things to say.

This is a picture of me in my new extension. Its much bigger so i can stuff myself into the cotton and tissue and its really comfy. I can hide my food better too, so that mommy cannot find it haha.

WHO WOKE ME UP!

And this is Tikus! Mommy took a pic of him just now when he fell asleep on his wheel. Such a silly hammy! I never fall asleep on my wheel.....but don't tell him I said he was silly...he might bite me =(

Mommy's hands are too small to grab all of me!

Yesterday Mommy brought me out with Auntie TS, to see my Godma Tinky and Grandpa CT. Mommy and Auntie TS were so violent that they broke a part of my cage! so they had to buy me a new extension. Its lots bigger so i have more room to play. I like it!

There were soo many people there, and they were all looking at me! But I am a brave hammy, so I was not scared. I ran around the cage to show them how active I was, but after a while, I fell asleep! And these people kept knocking on my cage to wake me up, which is so rude! I asked mommy why people are so silly, she told me that they just want to see me because I'm so cute. Is it wrong to be cute??? Anyway, she also said that she will knock them on the head the next time they try to knock on my cage while i am sleeping. Yay!

Auntie TS fed me some Milkshake yesterday too. It smelt really nice, because there was some coffee inside it. But after I drank it, I could not sleep and made alot of noise the whole night, and mommy woke up a few times too...sorry mommy...maybe next time I will just drink the normal Milkshake.

Uncle Aundry

Do you remember when I talked about Mommy's friends that like to shake my cage when I am sleeping? This is Uncle Aundry, hes one of them! The last time he saw me, he took me up and started rubbing me between his paws. I got a bit giddy from that. But I am a brave hammy, so I did not squeak. He also has a funny smell on his hands (my mommy says its because he smokes) I don't like it.

Mommy tells me hes a photographer, so maybe he will take nice photos of me next time.

Thanks everyone for their concern for me. Thank you Godma Tinky, Grandpa CT, Uncle Taupok. Auntie Dinky... I am feeling much better now. I was feeling better quite early, after Mommy gave me some vitamins and lots of fresh water and lots and lots of food. I wanted to blog but mommy said no, because i needed to rest. I ran around alot to prove i was ok, so mommy let me blog.

Fell asleep from all that digging

Mommy just cleaned my cage. She put me in my temporary cage which I like because she scattered food all around and I have alot of fun digging through to find the food. But it was too tiring and I also have been running around all morning so I fell asleep in the corner. Auntie TS says I sleep funny, but its a cute funny so I don't care. I just checked my cage and everything is in place. Inspection Passed, Mommy!

I am a unhappy hammy

I don't feel good today. I am hungry and thirsty.

Its been so hot, and Mommy wasn't around to give me vegetables, and I finished all my dry food. and she wasn't around when one water bottle stopped working, and the other ran out of water.

I have been chewing at my bars and the fur beneath my mouth is falling off. I'm so tired that i fell out of the connector i was trying to sleep in. I think I'm sick...When mommy came today, i was so excited i nearly went crazy. And I fell off mommy's hand two times. She is really worried about me, shes going to bring me to see a doctor later.

I am angry at mommy for leaving me alone for two days.

Mommy, don't ever leave me alone again.

" LEMME OUT!!!!!!"

I love chewing on the bars of my cage! My mommy doesnt understand why i do it since i have a nibble block (popcorn! yummy!) But its fun cos mommy can't bear to see me do it and she will open my door and let me out for a walk. Sometimes she will even give me food! I must be doing the right thing.....

Mommy says i have to stay in the office for the weekend. Its hot during the weekends so I don't like it, but at least mommy's friends wont come and shake my cage while I am sleeping!! They are so silly, would they like it if i shook their cage while they were sleeping?

"Breakfast in bed!"

Let me show you my bed. My mommy gives me alot of white stuff to use as bedding. She tells me its a mix of Tissue paper, Toilet paper and Cotton. This cotton stuff is a bit too soft for my liking so i drag it through the sawdust and corn cobs before using it. Its nice and warm and my mommy covers my bed with a towel so that its not too bright when i sleep.

"But I want to chew on it!"

Just now when i went for a walk on mommy's table, i found a interesting red toy that was great to chew on. But once i grabbed it, mommy stopped me! She says its bad for me! Shes such a boring person. I think i shall go back and sulk in my cage.

I'm too Fat!

My mommy just came back from vacation and is complaining that I am too fat. She calls me solid and fat. Wow that sounds cool. She says honey sticks and oily nuts are evil, but I don't see why they are evil. I can bully them all the time, and they just sit around waiting to be chewed. Thats not evil, thats just stupid. But now she gives me lots of veggies like corn and asparagus and lettuce which I like very much so I am a happy hammy.

Mommy says I must be slimmer so that I can get a boyfriend. I didn't want a boyfriend at first, but mommy says I get to meet him first and decide if I like him before she brings him home, so I'm cool with that. But he should like me for who I am right? Why should I slim down for him. I am a princess, he should be honored.

Welcome To My Blog

Hi I'm Tinky and this is my blog. I decided to start my own blog because my mommy doesnt write enough about me. And she doesnt think like me. So I must express my own feelings through my own blog. If you want to see more of my old pictures, you can go to my mommy's blog. ( I don't know where it is, you need to find it yourself)

I live in Mommy's office, in Singapore. I have many hammy friends, like Tikus, Ballsy, Vodka and Raisin. I will ask them to post here too sometimes, since they don't have their own blog.

Tikus is a big bully and made me cry when I was young. Now I am big and strong, but still I am scared of Tikus.

Ballsy is a magic hamster. I have only seen him once, so he must usually be invisible. He has a really cool house though. Maybe if I see him again, I will ask him how to make me invisible.

Vodka and Raisin are still babies. I think I could sit on them and they would disappear.

Please come and visit me often! I will post when mommy goes for her lunch breaks and leaves her computer alone.
