My latest photo!

Mommy has been too busy getting us a new daddy so she didnt post :P But she loves us very much so she brought us to her wedding photoshoot!!! It was quite boring but it was cool and dark so we managed to get some sleep while waiting for our turn. I will ask her to post the rest of the photos up another day...I look so good!!!

New daddy is good to us! He helps to keep our place clean and feed us when mommy is sick. Now we have a back-up slave, ha ha!!!!

NUTS!!

Its been 2 months since I blogged. Mommy is bad, mommy is busy. Bah.

Mommy is bad also because shes had been smacking me recently, with a spoon. She says its because I have been a bad boy and chewed the cage bars too much, now i have a missing patch of fur from my nose. Now everytime i bite the bars she will smack me. Ouch!

But i am smarter than mommy. I will bite the bars secretly when she is asleep and not looking. Sometimes, when I am feeling naughty, I will bite the bars when mommy can see me but is too far away to smack me. Then I will stop and run away before she can reach me to smack me. Ha ha. Humans are such silly creatures.

Mommy has also been taking many cute pictures of me and pookie. I asked her to upload them for you guys to see.

Mommy told Tinky that Vodka is now living on her table, where Tinky used to stay. Tinky says he misses auntie TS, Vodka and Peanut and Ballsy and Tikus, But I think he still prefers being at home with me! I dont like Vodka though. Hes a monster. Mommy should not let a monster stay on her table! The last time he scared me so much i nearly fainted!!!! But hes really handsome though =P

Tinky is being lazy

HUH?

Tinky is being a lazy hammy and hiding in his bed, so he asked me to blog for him instead. Such a lazy boy! He didnt even want to go for his daily walk! But I did, so i ran around the bed, and jumped off a few times too!! But I didn't get lost, I stayed where mommy could see me.

Anyway, I was going to jump off the side of the bed again when mommy called me and told me to stop and pose for a picture!!! I was a bit confused, so I ended up with this picture hehe. Mommy says its really cute =D

TRANSFORMED!

After I took this picture, I tried to jump and fell into a plastic container. 10 points!

I'm a transformer!!!! I'm now a brown hammy, and I think I make a wonderful brown hammy! no more strange spots all over my fur, just lots of brown and brown and more brown!! Mommy says I'm beaaaauutiful now, and I agree =D

Recently mommy's been flipping me around and pressing me on my tummy. She says shes trying to test my peepee for sugar. Mommy, pee pee should go into the toilet, not anywhere else. I don't want to peepee on you!! She says she wants to bring me to the vet to do some tests, and also cos I got a lump near my eye. Mommy hasn't brought me out for a long time so i think it will be fun... I wonder if vets are good to eat?



Hi people!! *waves* I'm Pookie, or Pooks, as mommy likes to call me. I'm Tinky's friend, and we met at the pet shop, on the first day i arrived! I like living here cos I have my own giant wheel, and bed, and chews, and toilet, and even a slippy slide!! Noone to snatch for toys with me!! Except Tinky, who only comes to visit for a while everyday. Mommy feeds me and noone will fight with me for food. I also get to bully Tinky from time to time cos hes such a teddy bear =D

Brown-face hammy

I'm turning brown!! I don't recognise myself anymore! cos I'm so brown =( When my mommy brought me to the pet shop (the day she brought pookie home), the pet shop man said that my color is funny. That was really mean!!!! Well I think his color is funny too.

Mommy still tells me I'm the prettiest hammy in the world though. I hope she's right. I can't help what color i turn into, its just in me =( They always said i will turn grey, but I turned brown!!!

Hello all! Hows everyone today! I'm having a lazy weekend, spending alot of time in bed. Mommy keeps asking me to come out to play but I'm just feeling lazy!

Mommy spent alot of time with me and Pooks this weekend, she was at home on saturday evening! That is so rare! We also had a visitor.... its a dog! A very noisy dog too, cos he kept barking at me and pookie. I remember him! Hes the one who licked me on the head....He stayed for a night with us, but mostly kept to himself. Maybe I should have licked him on the head.

This is the noisy dog. His name is Boyboy.

Mommy was tired and she didn't help me post! Hmph. Mommy, don't you know that many people are waiting for me to blog?

Mommy gave both me and Pookie new toys so that we will not be too bored inside our cages. She washed our cages on sunday then gave us our toys. Mine is two cubes (will put pictures next time) but I don't like it much. It can't be eaten anyway! Pookie gets the platform and the mushroom house instead of the slide she used to have.

We're very excited about all the new toys! It can get quite boring to be a hammy when you see the same thing all the time, so we're happy hamsters.

Yesterday mommy let me and pookie run on her bed at the same time, but not for long because she says we run too fast and she cannot keep up with watching us! Haha silly mommy.

Hammy Care 101 - Lesson one

Hammy on a plate!

Mommy says that after we started this blog, many people are saying that they want hamsters too. We are very easy-going animals, and we have lots of cute expressions, but please remember that we are not toys! We are a long-term commitment!!! I told mommy that I don't want people to start keeping hammies without thinking first, so she suggested that me and pooks come up with some basic hammy care information for everyone to know more about caring for hamsters.

So..here is lesson 1!

PEEKABOOOOO

Today is tiring! Mommy put me with Pookie as usual, but Pookie was no fun, and kept squeaking at me. Mommy scolded me for bugging her...whats bugging? I am not a bug, and I dont have any bugs!!!!

Pookie says HELLO!

Mommy says that Pookie is becoming a good girl because she doesnt not bite as much anymore. Thats good! But shes still too small to get to run around on the bed like I do. Mommy allows me to run around by myself now, but I am clumsy and sometimes I fall down...but its okay because I know mommy will pick me up immediately and put me back on the bed!

Vodka is too busy to care....

Mommy showed me a picture of Vodka today! Hes such a big hammy now! But Auntie TS says that he and Peanut are smelly hammies...not like me and pookie! we are clean hammies, because mommy washes our cages every week and cleans out our bedding every few days! A hammy in a clean home is a very happy hammy!!!

Tinky's Law: Once you see food, DON'T LET IT GO!!!!!

Hello everybody! Its been a while since I blogged because it was the weekend! Mmm..It was very hot for the past few days, so our fur is growing darker. But Mommy says its okay, I'm still the cutest hammy around! Yesterday there was lightning and thunder too!! It was loud, and mommy woke up to check on me and Pookie, but we were both too busy playing to notice anything!!! Mommy let the both of us climb around in her bed, and as usual, there were many fun things she left there for us....

Mommy also says that shes really proud of Pookie, because shes pretty much toilet trained now! I'm toilet trained too!! Mommy, are you proud of me?

Mommy why are you crushing my head!

Mommy came back really late yesterday, but she said she had to help a doggy, so I forgive her. I remember meeting a doggy before, he was quite nice, but he licked me on the head and I got all wet.

I have recently moved back into my green cage. My other cage is now for Pookie to stay in, so now our cages are equally big. We both have a big wheel but I have an extra area on top of mu cage for me to eat, while pookie gets a little slide and a small house instead. Maybe mommy will be able to take photos of our cages another day.

Pookie was grumpy yesterday, she kept biting mommy. Mommy had to keep bapping her on the head. Pookie! dont bite mommy! Mommy is not food!!!!
